... or, I cannot seem to be able to view any images hosted on photobucket anymore.
Why? Because they seem to have fucked up their IP routing. Their subnetwork shares the first few numbers as our internal subnetwork. The result is that we can send packets to photobucket, but they can't seem to send them back. Translated: Images hosted at Photobucket don't load for me. I had Steve check into it, after I realized there was a common issue with several images that I couldn't load through LiveJournal, but it seemed other people could. Upon investigation, the thing they had in common was that they were hosted with Photobucket.
It's nice to see popular, mainstream sites that have sysadmins who don't know what the fuck they're doing. Isn't McDonald's hiring?
